Checking in - Fitness, BDSM, Epilepsy, Life



You may have noticed that it’s been a while since I’ve written anything new on the #blog. We have been extremely busy and life has been pretty stressful since April. Many changes have happened, good and bad, and more transitions are coming. I don’t do well with a lot of change and continued disappointments being thrown at me all at once.


But, hopefully, we’re finally seeing light at the end of what has been a very long, dark tunnel. This is just a check-in post to let you all know where I am and how things are.


On the #GetFit #NoExcuses front, I have to admit I’ve been slacking and unmotivated for the fast few months. Luckily I have not gained #weight. My diet has been consistent, with the addition of veggie chips. I have cheated here and there, but never gone too far over board.


With all the changes and stresses that have been happening, my #Epilepsy has been more active than previous months: meaning more down time, mood swings, sore muscles, loss of energy, bouts of #anxiety, sleep deprivation, #antisocial behavior, and constant fatigue. As things have started to get settled, the Epilepsy should also. (Hopefully.)


While I have done #exercise, I haven’t been consistent in the past few months and really have been done with little effort. I have met the monthly challenges Apple Watch gave me in May and June, but they were easy challenges. Today, I feel like things are finally leveling out. I’m hoping things continue in a positive direction and my attitude starts reflecting that.


On the #BDSM side, I have started working on a new educational book for #Dominants. I got some really great feedback from a few groups on topics they wanted to learn more about. I am just doing the outline so I’m not sure when it will be published. Keep a look out for updates!


I will be writing more Lifestyle related posts soon on many topics I’ve never addressed. If you want something specific, please leave a comment below. I always welcome ideas and requests.
